Whether for a college dorm, a recreation or family room, child or guest bedroom this futon is built sturdy. Unlike the cheap and flimsy futon's I've seen on the internet this one is built to last. You or your children can watch TV and/or get a good night sleep in comfort. Over $700 when we bought it new. Needs new cover.

Futon in sitting position is 7' x 3' 7" The back folds down to make a 7' X 6' frame that holds the 6.5' X 5' Queen size mattress. The futon is in a pet free, smoke free home and can be purchased and picked up in Bowie, MD
